Chef Myron is the Owner and Operator of Catering Your Way LLC, a full-service catering company in Baltimore, Maryland. He is also the eldest nephew of the late Veronica Blount, the woman for which this foundation is named.

Chef Myron donates his time, resources, and delicious food to help the Veronica Blount Memorial Foundation (VBMF) promote healthy lifestyles with heart healthy cooking. Chef Myron hand crafts healthier versions of our favorite soul foods and comfort foods. He volunteers his time to teach others how to prepare healthier meals.
