WALK, RUN, HAVE FUN!
WHO
The event is open to the public while spaces last. We will max out the event at 100 in-person walkers / runners. All participants must be registered. There is a $55 registration fee.
WHAT
It's a 3K Charity Walk / Run to raise money to purchase blood pressure monitors for those who are unable to afford them.
WHEN
The VBMF 3K Walk / Run will take place on Saturday, September 16, 2023. Registration starts at 8:30am and the walk begins promptly at 9am ET.
WHERE
Participants can join us in-person at Meadowood Regional Park | 10650 Falls Rd., Lutherville, MD. Virtual walkers / runners can set their own time and location. Be sure to let your donors know you will attend virtually.
WHY
Because heart disease kills more people than any other disease and blood pressure monitors are like smoke detectors; every house should have one. They can aide in prevention and save lives.
HOW
The VBMF 3K Walk / Run will consist of two full laps and one 1/2 lap. Walkers / Runners will receive a color coordinated wristband each time they complete a lap. The 3K is complete when all three wristbands are obtained.

All tickets are final sale. The event will take place rain or shine. The event will be rescheduled if there is inclement weather and the park closes for safety.
